New Poem...I don't know if Im finished with it yet. I don't usually rhyme in them...but this one does. Its more like a fragment of thoughts.

Watching out the window
Into your moonlit face.
Carressed with shadows.
We are both out of place.
As reflections fade us.
And time will jade us.
We lie alone.
Too different to collide.
The space seems endless.
But we both thrive to heal the inside.
As the clock ticks...broken in the backround
like a frozen sun you could not be real.
Reality.......
The infumus chatter of stars fixed in their places.
Broken down by many faces.
Who has said what is good and evil should not colide?
Have they been broken down enough to feel the shards of glass on the inside?
We lie alone freezing in the dead moonlight.
Your hands on mine...Our minds collide.
Your pale face fills my heart with shallow light.
A hope...
A dream....
That this would last more than one night.
You are the sun that lights my life.
The Cool warmth that keeps me surrounded by light.
If the loss must come...let it be so.
Let these shards of glass come.
Break me down.
Leaving me once again to look out the window into my cold life.
Leave me screaming in the fragments of night...only to once again dream of your face.
For We both fell out of our place.
No resolution can come now.
So leave me.
Broken down...

So I wrote this poem with a mixture of thoughts about my old relationship (which ended horrible!) and the Twilight books character. A mix of melody and story I guess :). I hope you like it even though It's not finished yet. It's basically about people not understanding what relationships can do to people. What they are left with in the end. Even when they try to make ammends, but nothing works.

Thank you. Beautiful poem. I enjoyed reading it. To bad it seems like all relationships leave us all "screaming in the fragments of night."
